Safety to the public is our number 1, all of our drivers are required to wear face mask, gloves, our vehicles are clean and wipe after every client has been pick up or drop off.

We can provide transportation to/from the San Jose del Cabo/Cabo San Lucas private and International airports from all arriving and departing terminals.

The pickups are scheduled 2 hours and 45 minutes to allow suff icient travel time to airports on departures. This assures that everyone arrives at the airport in plenty of time.

Our airport representatives will be holding our company log sign.

Our private shuttles operate on a tight schedule, so our drivers cannot wait for those who are running behind. Please make sure you are ready to go at the beginning of your 15 minute pick up window.

You will receive a pick up confirmation email one day prior to your return to the airport, also your chauffeur will announce himself at the hotel lobby asking for you by the name on the reservation. We do require all departures to be ready and checked out please be sure you have provided us with your cell phone number and are available to take a call in the event we need to reach you.

Cabo San Lucas Shuttle does provide car seats, but you are most welcome to bring yours for use in our vehicles.

Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time to qualify for refund.

As with any other form of public transportation, we are not responsible for articles left behind, but we do make every effort to return what we find. Please call or email us immediately when you realize an item is missing. We will need detailed description of the item lost along with date, time and location of service, vehicle number and reservation number.
